The ICOM Working Group on Collections in Storage will be organizing an international conference in Paris from 29 to 31 October 2024 on the subject of museum storage worldwide. ICOM intends to continue to reflect on this topic by inviting professionals and researchers to discuss the communication and outreach actions related to museum reserves, the technological transformations and new types of storage that have been set up, as well as their possible development in the coming years and how they can best meet tomorrow’s challenges.
